Frank and Rita Macca founded Macca Plumbing & Heating in 1960, all while raising their young family—including a four-year-old, a two-year-old, and a newborn. Rita managed the phones and cared for their three boys, while Frank was out in the field doing the work. What began in the kitchen of a three-family home has since grown into an 8,000-square-foot facility, stocked with thousands of parts and plumbing supplies to better serve their customers. Today, those same three boys help lead the company, continuing their parents' legacy and ensuring every customer receives the same dedicated service that defined Macca Plumbing from the very beginning.

Frank Macca

Co-Owner, Head of Commercial & Industrial Services

Frank brings expert leadership and decades of experience to Macca Plumbing as co-owner and head of commercial services. Known for his strategic mindset and ability to manage complex projects, Frank oversees large-scale plumbing systems for businesses, facilities, and new construction with precision and reliability. His strong relationships with contractors, property managers, and commercial clients reflect his commitment to excellence and trust. Frank ensures every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Bob Macca

Co-Owner, Head of Residential Services

Bob leads the charge on all residential services with a hands-on approach and a dedication to quality workmanship. With decades of industry experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to keep a home running smoothly, Bob is known for his problem-solving skills, calm demeanor, and genuine care for every customer. Whether he’s guiding a full home remodel or helping a homeowner through an unexpected repair, Bob ensures each job is done right—with professionalism, integrity, and the personal touch Macca Plumbing is known for.

John Macca

Co-Owner, Head of Institutional & Gas Services

John specializes in overseeing our medical and healthcare facility services. Sean has been a valued member of the Macca Plumbing team since 2014. Max Gibson

Service Technician

Max has been with Macca Plumbing since 2021, bringing a positive attitude to every job he takes on. Known for his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile, Max consistently delivers reliable service and quality workmanship. His dedication and drive make him a great asset to the Macca Plumbing team.

Peter Poloszczak

Service Technician

Peter joined the Macca Plumbing team in 2022 and has quickly proven himself to be a dedicated and dependable technician. With a strong work ethic and a growing knowledge of the trade, Peter takes pride in delivering quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. His enthusiasm and commitment make him a valued addition to the team

Anthony Szot-Lopez 

Service Apprentice 

Anthony has been an apprentice at Macca Plumbing since 2021. Eager to learn and grow in the trade, Anthony brings enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to developing his skills to support our team and provide excellent service to our clients.

Justin Diebolt

Service Apprentice

Justin joined Macca Plumbing and Heating in March 2025. Though he is new to the industry, he has quickly proven himself to be a valuable member of our team. Justin is dedicated to delivering the highest level of service and is continually expanding his knowledge and skills through hands-on experience and professional development.
